Call 811 to locate underground utilities before digging. Keep all bystanders, children, and pets clear of the work area, and never approach the rotating tines while the attachment is operating. Lower the attachment to the ground, disengage the PTO or hydraulic drive, shut off the machine, and allow all moving parts to come to a complete stop before making adjustments, clearing debris, or performing maintenance. Always wear appropriate personal protective equipment, including safety glasses, hearing protection, sturdy footwear, and gloves.
