Responsibilities, in addition to all Level I and II Sales Associate responsibilities, will include, but are not limited to the following:

Provide legendary customer service in all of the core departments throughout the store

• Continue with ongoing intermediate to advanced product knowledge training

• Suggest new products and voice customer requests

• Ensure the customer has their entire project needs met through the IISS sales process suggesting add on products

• Visual presentation of merchandise creating seasonal display, accents in a timely efficient manner

• Developing informational/educational signage

• Plan and execute product demonstrations

• Be aware of and help all customers throughout the store

• Stock inventory from weekly orders

• B2B Sales – follow up with customers and product replenishment

• All Other Duties As Needed

Required Skills:

• Proven ability to equate weights and measurements

• Flexibility and strong communication skills within a fast paced environment

• Proficiency in all store technology

• Proficiency with all store equipment

• Ability to pass intermediate and advanced skill assessments in, at minimum, core departments

• Commitment in and pride in a job well done

• Strong work ethic including integrity and willingness to work hard
