Level I Sales Associate ($16-$19 / Hour)
Level I Sales Associate reports to the Store Manager or the designated representative of the Store Manager. The Level I Sales Associate is responsible for sales throughout the store. They provide legendary customer service and offer the solutions to the customer’s needs. Level I Sales Associates are encouraged to apply for Level II positions within 1 year from date of hire.
Responsibilities Will Include But Are Not Limited To, The Following:
Customer Service Is Priority One At All Times, Treating Each Customer As An Honored Guest
Participate In All Store Training
Respond To Customers Promptly & Professionally
Maintain Their Areas Of Responsibility By Correctly “Four Footing” The Inventory.
Executing All Store Services, Such As Mixing Paint, and Cutting Keys
Stock All Warehouse, Drop Ship, And Back Stock Inventory
Special Ordering Product For Customer
Respond To Customers Promptly & Professionally
Be Alert For Shoplifting Activity
Set A Positive Example By Following Company Procedures And Positive Communication
Focus On Needs Of Others, Which Includes Cooperation With Team Members, Helpfulness, Responsiveness, and Service Orientation
All Other Duties As Needed
Required Skills
Proven Ability To Equate Weights And Measurements
Proficiency With All Store Equipment
Proficiency With All Store Technology (i.e. ACENET and POS Computers)
Ability To Pass Basic To Intermediate Skill Assessments In Assigned Departments, As Well As Technology, Equipment, And Store Services Within 45 Days of Hire.
